| "From the very first day we walked into your store and told you we were getting Rosey, we felt like we were important and you were glad we were there. We felt your love for dogs and your sincere concern for taking care of them. We wanted to say thank you for how you care and it shows. Bekki, thank you for telling us about Rosey's ears and suggesting that we take her to the vet. Since the very first day we got Rosey she has scratched herself to where scratching has just been normal to us... But we took her to the vet again and we found that she did have an inflammation in her ears this time and doctor says she definitely has allergies...
